線(xian)材(cai)彎(wan)折試驗機又名線(xian)材(cai)搖擺試驗機(ji)，專門應(ying)于(yu)于(yu)測(ce)試插(cha)頭引出線(xian)及(ji)電(dian)線(xian)之耐折(zhe)強度(du)。測(ce)試(shi)方法是將試(shi)樣固定(ding)在夾具(ju)上(shang)，并加一定(ding)荷重(zhong)，試(shi)驗時夾具(ju)左(zuo)右擺動，經(jing)一定(ding)次(ci)數后檢視其(qi)斷(duan)線率，或至全部斷(duan)線無法通電(dian)時查看其(qi)總計(ji)擺動次(ci)數。本機能自動計(ji)數，試(shi)樣彎折至斷(duan)線無法通電(dian)時，并能自動停(ting)止操(cao)作。
This tester is specialized in testing the flexing endurance between power cord and blades，and is capable of testing the flexibility resistance of the cord itself.Samples are to be secured in the jaws of the flexing apparatus，and cord is to hang vertically with the weight tied on the lower end of it。The rotating jaws are to be adjusted to rotate to the angle of 90 degree to each side of the centered position。After a certain cycles is reached or until specimen is broken，detect the breakage ratio or calcuate the total cycles.This machine is able to auto-count and auto-stop during specimen broken。
