    KW-UV紫外光(guang)加速老(lao)化(hua)試(shi)驗(yan)機主要用(yong)于模擬(ni)對(dui)陽光(guang)、潮濕和溫度對(dui)材料的(de)破壞作用(yong);材料老(lao)化(hua)包(bao)括褪色、失光(guang)、強度降低、開裂、剝落(luo)、粉化(hua)和氧化(hua)等。紫外光(guang)加速老(lao)化(hua)試(shi)驗(yan)機通過模擬(ni)陽光(guang)、冷凝(ning)、模仿(fang)自(zi)然潮濕,試(shi)樣在模擬(ni)的(de)環境(jing)中試(shi)驗(yan)幾天或(huo)幾周的(de)時間,可(ke)再(zai)現戶外可(ke)能(neng)幾個月(yue)或(huo)幾年發生(sheng)的(de)損壞。  

     KW-UV紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)(wai)光(guang)(guang)加(jia)速老化試(shi)驗機中(zhong),紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)(wai)燈的(de)(de)(de)熒光(guang)(guang)紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)(wai)等可(ke)以(yi)再(zai)現陽光(guang)(guang)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)(xiang),冷凝(ning)和(he)水噴淋(lin)系統可(ke)以(yi)再(zai)現雨水和(he)露(lu)水的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)(xiang)。整個的(de)(de)(de)測試(shi)循(xun)環(huan)中(zhong),溫度都是(shi)可(ke)控的(de)(de)(de)。典型的(de)(de)(de)測試(shi)循(xun)環(huan)通常是(shi)高溫下的(de)(de)(de)紫(zi)(zi)外(wai)(wai)光(guang)(guang)照射(she)和(he)相對濕(shi)度在100%的(de)(de)(de)黑暗潮濕(shi)冷凝(ning)周期;典型應用在油(you)漆涂料、汽車工業(ye)、塑膠(jiao)制品、木制品、膠(jiao)水等。

模擬陽光:    
    陽光中的紫外線是造成大多數材料耐久性能破壞的主要因素。我們使用紫外燈來模擬陽光中的短波紫外部分,它產生很少的可見光或紅外光譜能量。我們可以根據不同的測試要求選擇不同波長的UV紫外燈,因為每種燈在總的紫外線輻照能量和波長都不一樣。通常,UV燈管可分為UVA和UVB兩種。  

    
KW-UV3燈管       
    UVA-340燈管:UVA-340 燈管可*地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽光截止點 295 納米的波長范圍。     
    UVB-313燈管:UVB-313 燈管發出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽紫外線強烈,從而可以zui大程度的加速材料老化。然而,該燈管可能會對某些材料造成不符合實際的破壞。UVB-313 燈管主要用于質量控制和研究開發,或對耐候性*的材料運行測試。
    UVA-351燈管:模擬透過窗玻璃的陽光紫外光,它對于測試室內材料的老化zui為有效。   

潮濕冷凝環境      
    在很多戶外環境中,材料每天的潮濕時間可長達12小時。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。KW-UV通過*的冷凝功能來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。在試驗過程中的冷凝循環中,測試室底部蓄水池中的水被加熱以產生熱蒸氣,并充滿整個測試室,熱蒸汽使測試室內的相對濕度維持在100%,并保持一個相對高溫。試樣被固定在測試室的側壁,從而試樣的測試面曝露在測試室內的環境空氣中。試樣向外的一面暴露在自然環境中具有冷卻效果,導致試樣內外表面具備溫差,這一溫差的出現導致試樣在整個冷凝循環過程中,其測試面始終有冷凝生成的液態水。 
    由于戶外曝曬接觸潮濕的時間每天可以長達十幾小時,因此典型的冷凝循環一般持續幾個小時。KW-UV3提供兩種潮濕模擬方法。應用zui多的是冷凝方法,它是模擬戶外潮濕侵蝕的方法。所有的KW-UV型號都可運行冷凝循環。因為有些應用條件也要求使用水噴淋以達到實際的效果,所以有些KW-UV型號既可運行冷凝循環又可運行水噴淋循環。     

溫度控制      
    在每個循環中,溫度都可控制在一個設定值。同時黑板溫度計可以監控溫度。溫度的提高可以加速老化的進程,同時,溫度的控制對于測試的可再現性也是很重要的。     

水噴淋系統      
    對于某些應用而言,水噴淋能更好地模擬zui終使用的環境條件。水噴淋在模擬由于溫度劇變和由于雨水沖刷所造成的熱沖擊或機械侵蝕是非常有效的。在某些實際應用條件下,例如陽光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時,材料的溫度就會發生急劇變化,產生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。KW-UV的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應力腐蝕。       
    噴淋系統有12個噴嘴,在測試室的每一邊各有6個;噴淋系統可運行幾分鐘然后關閉。這短時間的噴水可快速冷卻樣品,營造熱沖擊的條件。     

照射強度控制:可選      
    選配照射強度控制選件可得到型和重復性好的測試結果;光強控制系統允許用戶根據不同的測試要求設置不同的光照強度。通過其反饋回路裝置控制照射強度;同時也可以延長熒光燈的使用壽命。
